How can I signup for a season pass?

  1. Great decision! In order to buy a season pass, first select a video.
  2. Click “Buy Pass” button to get access to all videos.
  3. Your personal Gbox will appear on the right side of the screen.
    • If you already have a Gbox account you can choose to log in.
    • Otherwise, you can simply enter your email address and we will create an account for you.
  4. Select a Payment Method
  5. Click on ‘Buy now’ to complete the transaction.

I have bought a season pass before. How can I re-activate it?

If you have bought a season pass before the update of HullFClive, you need to re-activate your account. Please use this link and follow the steps mentioned there to get access to all videos and extras

How can I pay for a single video?

  1. First, select the video
  2. Click “Buy Video” to get access to the video or you can click on “Buy pass” to get access to all videos.
  3. Your personal Gbox will appear on the right side of the screen
    • If you already have a Gbox account you can choose to log in.
    • Otherwise, you can simply enter your email address and we will create an account for you.
  4. Select a Payment Method
  5. Click on the “Buy Now” button

What are the available payment solutions?

You can choose to pay with major credit cards and debit cards.

Once I pay for a video or pass, how can I watch it?

Once you pay for the video, you can start watching right in place. You can also watch the video later. You can always find it in your personal Gbox which you can access through “My account”. If you have purchased a pass, all videos included in the pass will be freely accessible. All you have to do is log in your personal Gbox.

I paid for a video, but can’t find it anymore. What can I do?

You can find the movie by opening up your personal Gbox. Click on “My account”. You might need to log in to see your recent purchases.

I paid for a video, but can’t watch it. What can I do?

Can I stream Gbox videos on Chromecast or AppleTV?

Yes, you can stream the video directly from the browser.

Can I watch the movies on my phone or tablet?

Yes, you can watch it from the browser.
